Disable Preview

Turn on Disable Preview for a headless or content-only project that does not need a visual website preview.
  • Preview navigation, shortcuts, and visual Preview actions are hidden for everyone on the project.
  • Studio does not request or warm a Preview environment while it is disabled.
  • fimo deploy still syncs changes, but does not start the Preview development sandbox.
  • fimo preview url still returns the Branch’s hosted preview: hosted previews are built for every Branch, and this setting only governs the Studio Preview workspace and its development sandbox.
Turn the setting off to restore Preview.
Disable Preview is a shared project setting. It applies across branches and environments, and it is not stored in .fimo/config.json.

Other General settings

  • Project display name changes the name shown across Studio.
  • Unpublish removes public access without deleting project data.
  • Clone locally copies the command for checking out the project.
  • Fork project creates a copy in the current organization.
  • Delete project permanently removes the project and its data.
Only project members with permission to manage the project can change these settings.

Languages

Open Languages to add supported languages, choose the default, and review content and label coverage for each language. Changing the default does not move or translate existing content. It changes the language Fimo uses when no locale is specified. If the default language has no URL prefix, unprefixed pages switch to the new default and the previous default receives its language prefix. Republish afterward to update the published routes and SEO defaults. Removing a language permanently deletes its localized content and labels. The current default language is protected; make another language the default before removing it.
