Most questions about your website start in Slack. “Which of our keywords lost rankings this month?” “How many people signed up from the new landing page this week?” Then someone opens three tools, pulls the numbers and pastes them back into the thread.
Now you can ask Fimo right there. Mention @Fimo in a Slack channel and it answers in the thread, with what it knows about your site and the tools you already connected.
Connect Slack once, pick your channels, and your team gets answers where the conversation already happens.
Ask the way you would ask a colleague
Mention @Fimo in a channel you chose and write your question in plain words. Fimo picks the right agent for the job and replies in the thread, so the whole team sees the answer. It can use the tools you already connected, like PostHog, Ahrefs or Semrush, to find the numbers behind it.
Connect Slack once
An admin connects Slack once from your organization’s Integrations page and chooses which sites can use it. Each site then picks the channels where Fimo answers, under Settings, Integrations, Slack. See how to connect Slack
Changes need a yes
Questions get an answer right away. When a request means changing something in another service, like sending an email, Fimo asks first: allow it once, always allow it on this site, or decline. From a Slack thread, one click on Allow is enough and Fimo carries on in the same thread. Anything that costs money asks every time.
More than Slack
Slack is one of the services you can connect to Fimo. The others include Ahrefs, Semrush, DataForSEO, PostHog, Resend, Calendly and Cal.com, and you can add your own internal tools, like a CRM. Once connected, they work in Slack and in Fimo’s chat alike. Read the release notes
