Agent work can pause for an answer or finish with changes that need review. The Inbox brings those decisions together without treating them as the same step.

Answer a blocking question

An agent asks only when it needs a human decision to continue correctly. Open Inbox, select the question, and complete its form or add the requested note. Submitting an answer ends the wait and starts a continuation with the retained work and your response. It does not merge or publish the work.

Review completed work

Retained work is a completed proposal, not a question. Open the item from the Inbox or the originating run, inspect the report and changes, then choose the available review action.
  • Merge applies the reviewed work to its target Branch.
  • Discard removes the proposal without applying it.
  • A conflict keeps the target unchanged until you resolve the overlap.
Review the complete change before merging. The run report is a summary, not a substitute for the stored diff.

Keep merge and publish separate

Merging changes updates the target Branch. Publishing the live website is a separate action with its own confirmation. Answering a question, accepting a review, or resolving a conflict does not by itself prove that the live site was published.
