Six things on your homepage and at your site root: whether robots.txt lets AI crawlers in, whether the text loads without scripts, structured data, question-and-answer content, section headings, and an llms.txt file. Each one is measured, not estimated. ### Is a GEO audit the same as an AEO audit? Yes, for a website check. Generative engine optimization (GEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO) are two names for the same goal: being read and cited by AI assistants. The checks are the same under either name. ### Which AI crawlers does the robots.txt check cover? GPTBot and OAI-SearchBot for ChatGPT, ClaudeBot for Claude, PerplexityBot for Perplexity, and Google-Extended for Gemini.
