## FAQ

### What is the difference between Pay-as-you-go and Pro?

Pay-as-you-go is the starter: free to begin, then you pay only for what you use at on-demand rates, with no monthly fee. Pro ($149/mo) is for serious sites and teams. It unlocks production features (more integrations like Linear and GitHub, protected branches, longer history, an SLA and priority support) on top of a bigger included bundle and lower wholesale rates. Nothing is capped by agent or user count; only usage is metered.

### What are AI credits?

Credits power AI hosted by Fimo: autonomous agent runs, dashboard AI edits, and image generation. A typical AI edit uses 100 to 150 credits, a full SEO audit 2,000 to 2,500. Beyond your monthly allowance they are $1.30 per 1,000 on pay-as-you-go and $1.00 per 1,000 on Pro.

### What are agent-hours?

When an agent works on your site, it gets an isolated environment: a sandbox, a database branch, and a copy of your assets. You are billed for the time that environment is active, about 0.17 agent-hours for a 10-minute run. Editing from the dashboard is never metered.

### How is bandwidth priced?

Bandwidth is $0.25/GB on both plans. It covers fully managed hosting, SSL, and a global CDN, so you do not pay a separate hosting bill. Pro includes 100 GB each month before overage.

### What keeps my bill predictable?

Spend caps are on by default. You set a monthly limit, get alerts as usage approaches it, and nothing bills past it. The free allowances never bill: agents pause when they run out until you add a card.

### How does billing work for organizations?

Billing is at the organization level. One plan covers all members and projects. There is no per-seat pricing, and members are unlimited on every plan.
