The company

## Why Fimo.

Developers, freelancers, and agencies building websites are moving from no-code solutions to coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to ship at the speed of AI.

Marketers need agents to act on their websites, so they get more visibility in LLMs.

No existing tool was designed for these AI-era needs. This is why we built Fimo.

Fimo makes AI-generated websites autonomous. It transforms websites built with AI into websites that improve themselves continuously, thanks to AI agents (SEO agents, Content agents, etc.).

You'll join experienced founders (creators of Strapi, open-source Headless CMS, 70K stars on GitHub), an existing open-source distribution base, and a fresh AI-native product.

The role

## What you will do.

We are looking for a Founding Sales to handle these responsibilities:

-   Hunt new prospects (outbound, etc.). This is what the role is mostly about.
-   Close deals (inbound qualification, etc.).
-   Help users (paying customers, prospects, self-serve users, etc.).
-   Work with partners (set up the Partner Program, create an Affiliation Program, etc.).
-   Build the Revenue Operations foundations.

Experience

## Who you are.

You are a great fit if:

-   You have experience in our market (website builder, CMS, etc.).
-   You worked as a salesperson (Account Executive, Account Manager, etc.).
-   You are familiar with the Webflow ecosystem.
-   You have an early-stage startup mindset (ambitious, hard worker, hands-on, AI-first).
-   You use Claude Code, Codex, and similar tools.
-   You are based in the US.

## This is a full-time role.

We need to go fast. The start date is as soon as possible, and you will report to the CEO.
